Mission Statement 2010
Bellmore-Merrick Emergency Medical Services (hereinafter referred to as Bellmore-Merrick EMS) is a non-for-profit organization based out of Bellmore, New York, consisting of a group of dedicated, hard working volunteers who are devoted to helping other people.
Our services have been available to those who live in Bellmore, Merrick, North Bellmore, North Merrick, and parts of East Meadow for over 35 years. We, at Bellmore-Merrick EMS, are committed to providing you with the highest level of emergency medical care exceeding current medical standards, both national and local.
Aside from emergency transports, we also provide non-emergency transports to and from medical and health-related facilities, continuing to strive for excellence. We, at Bellmore-Merrick EMS, are devoted to providing a broad-based level of community services by having an ambulance on stand-by for a variety of events including high-school football and lacrosse games, as well as manning a station at the two local street fairs at the end of the summer.
